Frequently Answered Questions

How does downloading work? — When your order is processed, you will receive an email from us with the links to download the content reader and your purchased music, as well as the encryption keys needed to unlock your copies. You will need an active Internet connection and the reader software to use the download option. We use digital rights management to track when you retrieve and print your purchase. Installation and registration of the reader software is free and easy.

What can I do when my downloaded print fails? — Please let us know immediately if there is a problem with your download and we will do everything we can to resolve software issues. When it comes to producing printed copy, however, we have no control over that. Since we can only confirm that you received your purchase and initiated a print job, there is no way we can verify that there was a genuine failure and that your copy is unusable. When you download content—while convenient—print settings, print quality, paper jams, toner, and other related printer maintenance and consumable supplies are your sole responsibility.

Why are there shipping costs for download delivery? — Our digital rights management software has a per-user license fee. This licensing cost is passed on to the customer through the shipping charge.

Why do you still offer print? — Quality. We take the guess-work and complexities out of downloading and printing your own music. In the interest of producing high-quality content and keeping costs low, we can print your music for you.

How are tax exempt orders handled? — Customers outside of Kansas will not be charged sales tax. Rainbow Bell Music, LLC, is only required to collect sales tax for sales made to customers within the State of Kansas. If you are a tax exempt entity located in Kansas, simply enter your tax exemption number into the 'Instructions to Seller' box when you place an order. Rainbow Bell Music will verify the tax exempt number and refund the sales tax when the order is processed.

When will my order ship? — Orders are shipped twice per week from the central time zone on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders received Monday through Wednesday are processed and shipped on Friday. Orders received Thursday through Sunday are processed and shipped on Tuesday.

Can I cancel my order? — All orders are held for 24-hours. You may cancel your order any time within this grace period. After 24-hours, however, orders cannot be canceled. Send an email with your order number in the subject line to orders@rainbowbellmusic.com. Please provide a brief description why the order is being canceled.

How do you claim Made in USA Brand certification? — The labor and talent neded to create our educational sheet music is provided by United States citizens, the paper and ink we use to print your music are made in the United States, the Rainbow Rings VELCRO® brand materials are made in the United States, and our manufacturing facility is located in the United States.


Refund, Return, & Cancellation Policies

Once your order is placed, you will have 24 hours to cancel it. After this grace period, your credit card information will be processed and your order fulfilled.

The music you order is produced on-demand and specifically for you or your organization. We cannot offer refunds because it would not be possible for us to re-sell your returned merchandise to anyone else.

The shipping of your order is tracked. Lost and damaged orders are the responsibility of the customer to negotiate with the shipping carrier. Refused deliveries constitute acceptance of the order and cannot be refunded for the same reason that we cannot offer refunds.

Order processing mistakes are very unlikely. However, when mistakes are made, we will do our very best to resolve the issue. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you receive incorrect products. Conflict resolution will be at the sole discretion of Rainbow Bell Music. Generally, we will ship an order correction at our expense and the customer may keep whatever was received in error.
